Audit Manager
Tracy is a Certified Public Accountant, is a Certified Internal Auditor, and has 10 years of both public audit and private internal audit experience. Her areas of expertise encompass a wide range of governmental entities, including utility districts, fire districts, metropolitan districts, municipalities, and Federal Awards, as well as, other non-governmental not-for-profit organizations. Additionally, Tracy has significant for-profit audit experience for manufacturing, construction, and real estate companies, and internal audit experience for banking and insurance companies. Tracy has gained specific expertise in the areas of accounting internal controls and Sarbanes Oxley compliance.
Tracy is a member of the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Government Finance Officers Association, and the Institute of Internal Auditors. She has also obtained an Accreditation in Internal Control Quality/Validation. Tracy is a committed annual volunteer to the Denver Children’s Home.
Tracy is a Colorado native and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Fort Lewis College. Along with her husband and two children, Tracy enjoys camping, kayaking, and remote control modeling.
