Managing Partner
Steve is the Managing Partner of the firm, is a Certified Public Accountant, is Certified in Financial Forensics, and has over 34 years of diverse audit, accounting and business consulting experience. His areas of expertise include most types of employee benefit plans, engineering, real estate and construction, governmental, not-for-profit, manufacturing and computer software. Additionally, Steve has been engaged to perform numerous business consulting engagements involving acquisition due diligence, internal controls assessment, business process efficiency, business start-ups, and specific transactional matters.
Steve is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants (CSCPA). He is a past member of the Educational Foundation of the CSCPA and also Chaired the Ethnic Diversity Committee of the CSCPA. Steve is involved in various charitable and civic organizations in the Denver metropolitan area including his current service as treasurer of the Japanese American Community Graduation Program.
Steve is a Colorado native and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (Accounting) from the University of Colorado at Boulder. As an avid sports fan, Steve actively supports and attends games for all 4 of the Colorado professional sports teams, and further enjoys hiking throughout Colorado.
