Jay is a licensed CPA in both Colorado and Nebraska. He has more than 12 years of public accounting and
industry experience. His experience includes telecommunications, entrepreneurial start-ups, international
accounting, pass-through entities, closely held business and individual tax planning, sales tax, wholesale
distribution, and business planning and consulting. He graduated from the University of Nebraska and
holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with emphasis in accounting and finance.
