Patrick A. Lytle, CPA

Pat is an audit manager. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants. Before joining Hiratsuka & Schmitt LLP, Pat was a member of a global firm’s audit staff and was an analyst for an oil and gas company.

Pat graduated from the University of Kansas with his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. Pat is an Oklahoma native and has been a Colorado resident since 1989.

He has diverse audit and accounting experience in a variety of industries, primarily in units of local government, special districts including metropolitan and fire districts, not-for-profit organizations, private businesses, employee benefit plans and homeowners associations. Pat’s experience includes financial statement auditing as well as OMB A-133 compliance auditing for governmental and not-for-profit entities. Pat is an active member of the Special District’s Association of Colorado, GFOA and CGFOA and is a national reviewer for the GFOA’s Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting.
