Steve is the Managing Partner of the firm. He has over 25 years of diverse audit, accounting and business consulting experience in various industries including employee benefit plans, engineering, real estate and construction, governmental, not-for-profit, manufacturing and computer software. He has performed numerous business consulting engagements including due diligence procedures for potential acquisitions, review of operations to improve internal controls and business efficiency and business startups.

Steve is involved in various charitable and civic organizations in the Denver metropolitan area. He is a member of the Government Finance Officers Association, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants. Steve is a Colorado native and obtained his accounting degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
